National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) stated that it does not support the debt restructuring of “Mriya” Agricultural Holding in the amount of 1.1 bln. USD with the international lenders in conjunction with non-recognition of its present management. NBU representatives consider actions related to Agricultural Holding as raider ones so they refused to take any actions according to the debt portfolio restructuring of the company with the Coordination Committees of the creditor banks and bond holders.

According to National Bank the debt restructuring will become possible only on condition of Agricultural Holding return to its real owner. Just in this case becomes possible the complex debt restructuring between the all creditors within the frameworks of Ukrainian legislation.

Such process of restructuring will be not just affirmative example for the other companies which run legitimate business in Ukraine but will also provide equal conditions for the all creditors.
